Absolutely disgraceful service. I paid for a Vodafone sure signal which worked fine for several years. Then all of a sudden today I got a text saying they are switching it off. Thats great because we live in an area which is not covered well by Vodadone (don't get me wrong, its no where remote BUT its still non-city enough for Vodafone to have a poor signal. Thus our reliance on this sure signal. I have tried contacting customer service and been on live chat for 45 minutes now. The first advisor was absolutely useless and got nothing sorted, he couldn't wait to transfer me so he could go off home for the day. I then got transferred to tech team who so far have also accomplished nothing other than annoying me further. All the time I am being reminded that if I click off the live chat window it could disconnect them so I cannot even do anything else to pass the time. I'm fed up waiting to turn into stone so i've taken to Trustpilot to pass the time in the probably futile attempt that it may help speed things along. Ill remove this if you get this situation sorted out Vodaone and I get an apology as to why i've now wasted nearly 45 minutes of my life getting no where. Submitting this review is the 1 mildly satisfying thing I have achieved. What a great start to the weekend.

Minus 1000 stars. Annoying voice on recorded message. Stop sending me texts when I want to speak to a human. Tobi is useless. But at least you removed your message about being the best providers coz we all know your the worse. I don't have face book or twitter I have a life.

I decided to transfer from 02 to Vodafone as they had a feature that 02 didn't.All seemed so easy, until the equipment arrived.Sent me the wrong coloured watch than what I ordered, both sim packages were wrong, and they did not move my number over even though I gave them all of the details including the PAC code.When I called to cancel and return, 3 times I was told they would send me the returns pack, and it never arrived. Then when I called again I was told the account was too new to access and I would have to take the equipment to a Vodafone shop.People at the Vodafone were good and took the equipment back. Now I am still getting emails saying I owe then £54 and when I click on the help link it sends me to India and they reply they cannot help.Total and utter waste of time, and I advise anyone thinking of joining, to "RUN AWAY"

I was disgusted to learn today that my step dad has been charged £25 for a Vodafone employee to transfer his data from his old phone to his new phone! This is an absolute joke and a simple case of them preying on people who are not so great with technology and charging them for thier lack of knowledge! I could have done this myself free of charge, a very simple task but my stepdad didn't realise this and thought it was a very difficult task! I am so shocked that this is happening please beware of your elder family being taken advantage of in this way! I appreciate your reply Vodafone but again its day light robbery of the elderly and what you have listed can be easily done by me, certainly do not need a tech team to do that! Is there an option for a refund and to cancel the process? I expect not!

I think that one star is too much for this company, they will never notify you that your contract ended. That means that you will overpay for your phone or apple watch like I did for 4 or 5 months. And when I asked for canceling the contract and the payments, they told me that I need to stay with them for another month and keep paying for something that was overpaid. I will avoid VODAFONE for the rest of my lufe.

Purchased a Vodafone N10 phone from Vodafone direct.Used for a month and decided though phone ok, it was too costly on Vodafone PAYG.As after 30 days, Vodafone state you can get phone unlocked for free.The codes sent to me did not work. Contacted Vodafone and more failed codes sent. Informed customer services that I only had one more attempt before phone was going to have its SIM slot locked. Told to use the code sent. I videoed me typing in the code provided, and also the phone locking.After numerous calls to Vodafone customer services, I get told they are to contact the manufacturer for a special unlock code "wait up to 10 working days" (26th March). Time has passed and heard nothing.Contacted through Twitter, and told.... Long story short... That Vodafone are "asking manufacturer for another unlock code. Wait up to 10 working days.". What happened to the previous code supposedly requested from manufacturer?Why did nobody "chase it up"?To say I am unimpressed with the Vodafone customer service is an understatement.This phone was for my daughter and school. She is unable to use it at £1 per day, and yet we are locked to the Vodafone network as following their instructions have locked the phone.

Absolute garbage network these days had barely any data fir over a month and every time you speak to a customer service agent you just get told we'll try fix it soon and you will be compensated yet almost two months later they haven't fixed it haven't compensated for the fact I pay for unlimited max but get nothing they jus keep offering you extra contracts will never ever be returning after this contract ends absolutely disgraceful

Been with Vodafone broadband and SIM only for 6 weeks now. Broadband speed is always 70-76mps, SIM is fantastic for service. As I said before I even got my free gift before my service went live. Great app for free gifts and check your usage. I have read some negative reviews and you can't be 100 per cent positive for everyone. Just thought I would let everyone know this is a great service for me. Cheers.?

Always had the best network coverage for me, regardless of where I've been in the south of the country. I enjoy the Vodafone rewards in their app - adds a nice touch for customers.Been with them for years - the only annoyances I've had were when my contract bill went up by a few pounds just 2 months into my 24 month contract.Customer service is generally easy to reach and resolve any issues.

I'm lucky to get two days without severe interruption to my data services which I'm paying for. I'm trying to get stuff done online here. Email, social media etc. You know? Fix it Vodafone please.

On their website, they say Edinburgh now has mobile 5g but when you look on their own coverage map it’s small patchy areas at best, I live very centrally EH3, but no signal, not sure how they think they will get away with this false advertisement on their website ? Feel like reporting to trading standards.
